What's your operating hours?

We operate from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday for regular maintenance services. 

Our 24/7 support is available for emergency service requests afterhours. 

What is your service territory?

Our service territory includes Metro Vancouver and part of Fraser Valley region. We are rapidly expanding our service territory coverage. 

Insurance Coverage

We are licensed and carry $2,000,000 general liability insurance.

What do I expect from KDI services?

Customer satisfaction is key to our success.  We ensure "No Surprises Charges". 

We disclose all charges ahead of time and get your approval prior to work commencing.  

Is there any difference between one-time customer and regular customer?

Absolutely. Our posted rates are for one-time customers. Regular customers will receive discounted rates based on the terms of service agreements. 

How quick is your response time for emergency calls?

We aim to respond within 2 hours. 

Payment Methods

We accept Cash, Cheque, Interac e-Transfer, Credit Card.
